Curious about how to bring the world into your classroom? In this session, we will explore activities like Dot Day, the Global Read Aloud, Skype a Scientist, virtual field trips, and other opportunities to connect your classroom to the world. We will also see how tools like Padlet, Flipgrid, Seesaw, and Skype/Google Hangouts can support these connections, share where to find connections, and discuss ways in which to successfully structure collaborative activities.
